Step14:Put the preheated oven in the middle and lower layers. Heat up and down. Bake for about 200 ℃ for 20 minutes.

Cooking tips:1. The size of egg tarts is different. It is estimated that 12 egg tarts are not enough. Adjust flexibly according to the situation. Remember that when the egg tarts are heated, they will expand. So, pour 8 points of water into the egg tarts to fill up. 2. Bake the tarts with the skin of the unfrozen tarts. Turn off the heat after baking. Bake for another five minutes. The bottom will be crisp. 3. The egg tarts are more delicate without bubbles. 4. The oven has temperature difference.
