Step1:Slice small bamboo shoots. Cut green peppers into triangular pieces. Scald large conch in hot water. Cut out the meat. Slice. When dealing with snails, remove the yellow and internal organs.
Step2:Cut tofu into pieces.
Step3:Proper amount of onion and ginger.
Step4:Sauce - oyster sauce, Meiji fresh, sugar, cooking wine.
Step5:Pan fry Japanese tofu until golden on both sides.
Step6:Less oil. Stir fry the bamboo shoots and green peppers.
Step7:Add in the sauce and stir fry until almost done.
Step8:Add sliced tofu, stir fry quickly. Do not fry for too long, or the sliced tofu will be old and will not chew.
Step9:Thicken with a small amount of water starch and let it out of the pot.
