Step1:Slice tofu. Put the egg mixture in the pan and fry until golden on both sides.
Step2:Put some oil into the pot. Put onion and ginger into the minced meat and stir fry evenly. Put oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt into the pot. Put some water in the pot. Put the fried tofu gently into the pot. Simmer slowly on medium and low heat to taste. After a few minutes, collect the juice and enjoy the delicious tofu.
Cooking tips:I like to eat tender tofu. So I bought tender tofu. If I like to eat older tofu, I can choose old tofu. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
