It's a rice eel that I've been learning to cook for a long time. I finally paid for it today.
Step1:1. After buying in the market, remember to ask the boss for help. Meat and bone are separated. 2. After going home, wash the blood. Cut the section (you can cut it into more thin strips) and filter it dry. Spare.
Step2:3. Cut ginger, garlic, mushroom and spare parts. 4. Pour oil into the pot. Add ginger, garlic, mushroom and stir fry. Add in eel meat. Add some salt, soy sauce, a little old soy sauce. Stir fry with white wine (or cooking wine). Collect the juice and serve. 5. Pour the oil into the pot. Add in the ginger and garlic and stir fry. Stir fry for about 3 minutes. (this step can be omitted. Eel bone can't also be omitted.) 6. Heat the oil in the pot. Pour the rice into the scallion section. Add the raw soy sauce. Stir fry the black pepper repeatedly. Add the fried eel meat and bone and stir fry. Add a little water and continue to stir fry. 7. Prepare the casserole. Pour all the ingredients into the casserole and simmer over low heat. About 1520 minutes.
Step3:8. Before leaving the pot, pour in the onion and coriander and mix them evenly to finish the fragrant rice.
