The steamed buns with scallion and pork are very popular with my children. Today I made them some steamed buns for breakfast tomorrow.
Step1:First put the yeast and water into the barrel of the toaster to dissolve in advance.

Step15:Put them into the pot to wake up. The time is about 15 minutes.
Step16:Steam in cold water for 20 minutes after the fermentation is over. Steam for 3 minutes and then open the lid.

Cooking tips:1. The seasoning weight is only for reference. Please adjust it according to your taste. 2. The dough will be a little sticky. When kneading, sprinkle some dry powder on the chopping board and hands. 3. Don't lift the steamed bun immediately. Do not lift the steamed bun until it's 3 or 4 minutes. 4.
