I've always loved the taste of California Roll. The taste of sashimi and cheese is amazing. But the price of California rolls in the restaurant is not cheap. It takes a long time for a student party like me to go there. So I tried to make California rolls myself. Roasting can not only keep the fresh flesh of sashimi, but also remove the fishy smell of sashimi. It's no longer cold sushi. Even Chinese stomach male tickets that don't like Japanese materials can be accepted. I found that there is no recipe for baking California rolls yet. I sent a small idea of my own. Step1:Prepare a piece of tin paper (because the tin paper is not afraid to burn when burning
Step2:Put the sushi roll on the tin paper.
Step3:Take the salmon out of the refrigerator. Dry it with kitchen paper. Marinate it with a little salt. Adjust the thickness according to your preference.
Step4:Microwave the crab foot stick and carrot for two minutes. (it's better to cut it into carrot strips) dice straw mushroom and marinate it. Add in Cupid potato salad and stir. Heat it in microwave.
Step5:The rice is cooked well (note - don't add too much water to the rice. It's too soft. It's too wet to make sushi. Add the fish seeds and put them in a bowl. Stir well. It's best to warm the rice.
Step6:Spread the rice thinly and evenly in the ground. Add the heated crab foot stick, carrot stick, straw mushroom and green melon stick.
Step7:It's a big birthday roll.
Step8:It's covered with salmon slices.
Step9:Put mozzarella cheese, potato salad and shrimp on top of salmon.
Step10:Cook with a cooking gun.
Step11:Cook the shrimp as well as possible.
Step12:The smell of cheese and food is unbearable.

Cooking tips:The note is that the rice should not be spread too thick. When cooking, try to make the rice dry. More sushi is almost OK. Too wet will not taste good. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
