As a northeasterner, my new husband, Mr. Z. is very fond of this dish. In the evening of winter, a pot of pickled vegetables with little oil flowers is stewed. It's mixed with the smell of pork and the unique sour taste of pickling. It's very exciting. The appetite is full.
Step1:You need to wash the pickles you bought several times. Otherwise, they will smell sour. Because Mr. Z and I are typical carnivores, we cut a lot of colorful meat. Cut the pork into thin slices. Spare one onion, ginger, pepper and star anise.
