Step1:Clean and remove the feet, head sandbags and back shrimp lines. Slice the scallion. Slice the ginger.
Step2:Put oil in the pot. Heat the oil and put in prawns until they turn red.
Step3:Stir fry the ketchup without oil in the pot. Add prawns, scallions, ginger slices, rice wine, sugar, salt and some water. Boil the soup and put it on the back cover, then simmer it over low heat.
