Step1:The meat skin is naturally defrosted and washed. The fresh meat skin can be washed directly without this step.
Step2:Put the rinsed meat skin into the pot in cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes and the skin will soften.
Step3:Take out the skin. Remove the scattered hairs and impurities on the surface with tweezers.
Step4:Then use a knife to scrape off the extra fat inside the skin and cut it into small pieces.
Step5:Prepare the ingredients. Slice the onion and ginger.
Step6:Put the leaves, cinnamon, star anise and pepper other than onion and ginger into the seasoning box.
Step7:Put the meat skin in cold water again.
Step8:Put in the onion, ginger slices and seasoning box. Pour in the cooking wine, add some old soy sauce and color it, and make it taste better. Bring to a boil.
Step9:Turn to medium low heat and boil for about 2 hours. Add salt and sugar 20 minutes before leaving the pot. Wait for the soft glutinous soup of meat skin to thicken.
Step10:Pour the cooked meat skin and soup into a clean container to cool naturally.
Step11:Cool completely and refrigerate.
Step12:Slice with a little vinegar and onion before eating.
