Step1:Dried tofu is cut into triangles; shallot is sliced obliquely; cucumber is sliced; streaky pork is sliced. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic.
Step2:Heat the oil. Stir fry the streaky pork. Add the bean paste. Stir fry until a little burnt. Add in ginger and garlic. Stir fry until fragrant. Put in dried tofu. Continue to stir fry until it tastes good.
Step3:Add cucumber, onion and stir fry. Put soy sauce, salt, and a little sugar to make it fresh. My mother has diabetes. So I didn't let it go
Step4:Put in a little water. When most of the water is dry, start the pot and sprinkle the onion.
