Step1:Cut carrot, potato, persimmon, pepper and meat. Marinate the meat with starch, cooking wine and soy sauce.

Cooking tips:This fish flavored shredded pork. I didn't put chilli. I didn't put bean paste. So it's sour and sweet. Children will love it, too. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
