Step2:Peel and cut carrot into strips, wash and cut celery into sections, cut coriander into pieces, cut ginger into sections, and cut onion into sections.

Cooking tips:1. This time, we use raw wild Arctic shrimps. They are frozen directly when caught at sea, so they need to be thawed before cooking. You can move the frozen shrimp one day in advance to refrigerate and unfreeze. You can also use the quick unfreezing method described in the above process. Just be careful not to thaw in water. 2. The shrimps should be stir fried quickly with high oil temperature. The time should not be too long. Otherwise, the water loss will be too much.
