Cooking tips:1. Pleurotus ostreatus with compact covering and no crack on the edge is relatively fresh. 2. Pleurotus ostreatus is not easy to clean. Immersion in salt water can play the role of decontamination and sterilization. 3. When blanching Pleurotus ostreatus, in order to remove the fishy smell of the mushroom, do not cover it. 4. Blanching and scalding the Pleurotus first and then tearing it into strips is better than blanching and scalding it first. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
