The bass meat is fat, with few bones. It's light with less oil by steaming. It makes the fish very sweet and fresh. It's most suitable for children.
Step1:Clean up the bass. Dry the water with kitchen paper. Cut both sides of the fish. Pour in a little cooking wine. Touch the salt on the fish. Marinate for a few minutes.
Step2:Slice the scallion and put it at the bottom of the plate. Spare.
