Step1:Put some water in the pot and heat it. Soak the mung bean vermicelli in hot water until it turns white. Take out the vermicelli and control the dry water.
Step2:The shell of scallop shall be fully cleaned with a brush.
Step3:Stick the knife into the gap of the scallop. Close to the inner wall of the scallop to cut off the scallop column. The scallop can be opened very easily.
Step4:Rinse the scallop edge with clean water. Remove the black viscera.
Step5:Cut the vermicelli into small pieces, spread them in the scallop shell, and then spread the scallop meat on the vermicelli.
Step6:Put a proper amount of peanut oil in the pot. Put the garlic in the pot and stir over medium and low heat to make it fragrant. Put a small half spoon of raw soy sauce in the pot. Stir evenly.
Step7:Pour the fried garlic on the scallop.
Step8:Put the plate into the steaming plate of Meidi steaming oven. Put the steaming plate into the middle layer of Meidi steaming oven. Fill the water purification box with enough pure water. Select the recipe of F5 fresh shrimps with mashed garlic in the nutrition cooking menu. Press the + key to adjust the time to 8 minutes.
Step9:It's done with minced garlic and fan scallops. The plate is dry. There will never be a pool of water in the plate again.
Step10:Because the steam doesn't drip into the scallops. The flavor of scallops is not diluted. They taste more delicious.
Step11:It's healthy to steam. It's delicious but not hot.
