Xiaomei is really good at making fish without adding a drop of water.
Step1:Cut the fish into a knife. Don't cut too deep. Put salt on it. Put ginger slices into each slit. Marinate for at least 10 minute
Step2:Put the oil, onion, ginger and garlic in the main pot. 3 minutes / varoma / speed spoon. Then put the fish in the pot. Make sure the fish head is pressed on the knife head above. (not yet pressed in the picture) put the fish belly up along the arc of the pot. Then mix the seasoning in a bowl. Pour it on the fish. Cover the main pot cover and measuring cup cover. 8 minutes / varoma / reverse spoo
Step3:When the time is up, carefully put the fish on the plate. Pour the soup on the fish. Sprinkle with scallion. You can eat it.
Cooking tips:1. The fish should not be too deep. 2. There are skills to make delicious dishes without butterfly stick.
