It's a very refreshing cold dish. But I use red wine vinegar. The taste has changed. Other vinegar can be used instead.
Step1:Wash the fresh garland, control the water content and cut into large section
Step2:Cut the garland and put it in a big bowl
Step3:Put olive oil, red wine vinegar and red wine vinegar into the seasoning bowl first. Try adding the amount of red wine vinegar. Taste the acidity and adjust the amount by yourself
Step4:Add 5 grams of sugar
Step5:Add 2 grams of salt
Step6:Mix up all the spices
Step7:Pour the juice on the garland. Mix well and eat.
Cooking tips:Red wine vinegar can't be replaced by other vinegar. Add the amount of vinegar according to your taste. If it feels too sour, adjust it with white sugar. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
