Eating zongzi at Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional custom of Dragon Boat Festival. Zongzi is made of glutinous rice wrapped with zongzi leaves. It is generally divided into two kinds: salty zongzi and sweet zongzi. In Jiangnan, salty zongzi usually uses fresh meat. Sweet zongzi is mostly made of bean paste. Our family likes eating fresh meat zongzi. Fresh pork is pickled in soy sauce after it is bought and then put into glutinous rice soaked in soy sauce. It's delicious and soft. It's delicious. But at least one time zongzi is wrapped It will take more than half a day. So, I made a lazy way with glutinous rice. The taste is equal to that of zongzi. But the way is much simpler. -
Step1:Wash the glutinous rice in advance and soak it for at least 2 hours. If it's cold, it's best to soak it overnight.
