It's better than the white meat with mashed garlic. It's better to use sausage sauce to stir fry vegetables for seasoning. Simply stir fry a string bean. You can eat several bowls of rice. Step1:Put 180g sausages in a boiling water pot and steam over high heat (about 10 minutes). Cool and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
Step2:Wash 200g of dried chilli and drain the water. Beat into pieces with a blender. Chop 28g of garlic and 12g of ginger for later use.
Step3:Cold oil in a cold pot. Pour in 400g of rapeseed oil. Put in chopped chili. Stir fry over low heat until the red oil is out. Add chopped garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant. *In order to prevent the pepper from zooming, turn off the fire when you see bubbles on the oil surface. Boil with residual temperature. Step4:Add 28g Douban sauce, 28g soya sauce and 20g Douchi to the pot. Continue to boil over low heat. *You can cut 5g of Douchi into small pieces to make the Douchi in the sauce more fragrant.
Step5:Finally, add the steamed sausage section. Add 15g salt and 10g sugar to taste. Wait for the sauce to boil in the pot and then simmer for 23 minutes. *Refer to 500ml can. Here you can make 2 cans. Refrigerate for about 2 months. Avoid using utensils with water and oil when digging.

Step7:Wash 200g of green beans. Remove the tendons. *Cut off the head and tail of the tender string beans.

Step9:Cut 3 cloves of garlic. Heat the oil pan. Stir fry the garlic until fragrant. Then stir fry the string beans until soft and discolored. Add 1 scoop of soy sauce and 1 scoop of sausages sauce. Continue to stir fry until tasty. Dish out.

Step12:Wash 500g streaky pork with skin and blanch it in a cold water pot. Change the water after blanching. Pour in the cold water that hasn't eaten streaky pork again. Add 4 pieces of ginger, 1 spoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of salt and cook for about 20 minutes, then take it out. Cool it and cut into pieces (the thickness can be arranged according to personal preference). *How to determine whether the meat is cooked? A chopstick can be easily inserted into the thickest part without blood and water.
Step13:Spread the cucumber shreds on the bottom of the plate. Cut the pork slices on the yard. Mix 2 teaspoons of sausage hot sauce and 2 teaspoons of raw soy sauce. Pour into the streaky pork. Mix the streaky pork with sausage sauce.
