In summer, I like this dish. Steam it for 10 minutes. It's light and nutritious. It's delicious but not greasy.
Step1:Peel and seed the wax gourd. Cut it into slices about 5mm thick with a knife. Then put it evenly on the plate.
Step2:Remove the shrimp skin and line. After the shrimp is treated, wash it with water. Then cut it into shrimp mud with a knife. Add ginger powder and a little salt. Stir it evenly.
Step3:Put the mixed shrimp puree into the plate of wax gourd.
Step4:Put 1 scoop of soy sauce, 1 scoop of oyster sauce, half a small bowl of water and some salt into the bowl. Mix well with chopsticks.
Step5:Pour the juice evenly on the slices of winter melon and shrimp paste. Then put it into the steamer. Steam for about 10 minutes.
Step6:Sprinkle some green onion on the plate.
