Sikang is one of my favorite afternoon tea snacks. It's simple and easy to make. The taste and shape can also be varied. This time, I added some seasonal vegetables. It's specially prepared for children. It's also a good choice for breakfast, daily or outing snacks. -
Step1:Prepare the ingredients you need.
Step2:Sausages, green beans, carrots and corn chips.
Step3:Cut the butter into small pieces.

Step8:Brush the surface of Sikang with egg yolk.
Step9:Put into the middle of the preheated jiabaode oven. Heat up and down for 170 ℃ for 20 minutes.
Step10:It's good to have breakfast or tea in the afternoon.
