Step1:Cut the taro into long strips with thick middle fingers.
Step2:Fry until the surface is yellowish and scoop up. Use chopsticks to insert taro. If you feel it is not hard to insert it to the end, you can put it into drain oil for standby.
Step3:Add 90ml water and sugar and cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Keep turning the sugar water until it's almost dry. The sugar water changes from big bubble to small bubble.
Step4:Stir fry taro. Turn off the heat. Use fan to stir fry continuously. Let syrup evenly wrap taro. Until sugar turns white, stop stir frying. Dish.
