In the past, the most common dish for drinking was peanuts. But fried peanuts are too oil-absorbing and hot. So I thought of changing peanuts into boiled ones. This way, it won't be hot. With a little celery salad, it's refreshing and appetizing.
Step1:Soak peanuts in water for 30 minutes.
Step2:Put the star anise, fragrant leaves, cinnamon and pepper into a small bag and then put them into the pot. Put ginger and onion into the pot together and pour in enough water.
Step3:Add a little salt and a small spoon of soy sauce after boiling over high heat. Then turn the low heat and cook for 40 minutes.

Step5:Wash celery and cut into small pieces.
Step6:Boil a pot of water. Add celery and boil for 1 minute.
Step7:The scalding water is broken and fished out for a while.
Step8:Take a clean small basin. Put in the cooked peanuts and celery. Drain the peanuts and celery.
Step9:Add in the soy sauce, salt, chili oil and cooked sesame. Mix well.

Cooking tips:1. The salt for mixing celery should be taken into account when boiling peanuts and blanching celery just now. It should be less. 2. If you can't eat chili oil, don't put it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
