The sticky glutinous rice is full of the fresh sweetness of the crab meat and the salty smell of the laver. The crab meat is juicy and oily. One mouthful of the crab meat and one mouthful of the glutinous rice smell. I don't know which family is the most soft, and the tongue can't be distinguished.
Step1:First mix cooked glutinous rice with diced mushrooms, shredded seaweed and minced pork. Add 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 g salt, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp cooking oil. Stir well.

Step4:Put it in a steamer with boiling water. Steam for 10 minutes.
Step5:Take it out and sprinkle it with chopped shallots, then pour it with hot oil. It will stir up the fragrance and then you can eat it.
