I've been learning hard dishes with my father at home for a long holiday. Braised goose in hometown is an indispensable Cantonese dish for family feast. Step1:Prepare orange peel, orange peel, ginger, ginger, star anise, garlic, cinnamon, lemon leaf / fragrant leaf, garlic seedling. Wash and cut.
