Crab bean curd is one of the famous dishes in Jiangnan area. The traditional way is to cut the tofu into small pieces and fry it in oil. Add the fried crab meat and seasoning. Then thicken it with water starch. Crabmeat is a kind of food which is made by steaming the crabs and removing the meat. Today's crab bean curd is made of frozen Irish bread crab. It's a kind of imported seafood with cream, yellow and meat that is generally accepted by domestic consumers. Its taste is no less than that of our domestic hairy crab.
Step1:Bread crab and golden crab are common names. They are called common Zodiac crab. They are also called edible Zodiac crab. Bread crabs are widely distributed along the Atlantic coast of Europe. They extend from the north of Morocco along the Atlantic coast of Europe to the Atlantic Islands and northern Norway. The main fishing area is on the west coast of the North Atlantic, especially Ireland.
Step2:First, thaw the breadcrumb crab at room temperature. Break the shell of the thawed breadcrumb crab and cut it into two parts.
Step3:Use the back of the knife to gently break the crab tongs. Take out the crab meat; use the spoon to gently dig out the crab meat and crab paste for use.
Step4:Put a small amount of cooking oil in the pot. Stir fry ginger slices to make it fragrant. Stir fry crab meat and crab paste.
Step5:Stir fry for 2 or 3 minutes. Pour in green beans and diced carrots.
Step6:Pour in 300ml clear water. Add tender tofu. Boil.
Step7:After boiling, add the stock. Season with a little salt and sugar. Pour in the water starch to thicken the sauce.
Step8:Cook for 1 minute. Add the chopped green onion.
Step9:Stir gently and evenly. Be careful not to crush tofu.
Step10:Boil again and serve.
