Step1:1 clean the bass. Cut the flower knife. Add a little salt. Marinate with cooking wine for 20 minutes.

Step3:3 dice onions, bamboo shoots and mushrooms for standby.

Step7:7 add the fried fish. Bring to a boil. Turn to a small heat.
Step8:8. Bring to a boil until the soup is thick. Stir in the sauce and put it on the pan. Sprinkle with scallions
