Step1:Prepare ingredients. Slice garlic, ginger, shallot and coriander.
Step2:Slice tofu and duck blood (pig blood). Cut tofu and duck blood first. It won't be too late to cut when frying.

Step7:Add clear water. The water can't pass the tofu and duck blood. Cover the pot and cook.
Step8:When the water in the pot is not too much, turn over the coriander and shallot.
Step9:Sprinkle some black pepper. Prepare to make the pot.
Step10:Finish cooking. Put in the pan and start.
Cooking tips:When duck blood is very fishy, you must release ginger, garlic and cooking wine to remove fishiness. To prevent tofu from breaking, you must put vinegar. If you like spicy food, you can put some chili noodles. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
