Divide some of the products in the squid ring. Add scallops and mushrooms. Turn a bowl of rice into a nourishing porridge. -
Step1:In the pot, add water and put 2 pieces of ginger in the heat, then put cooking wine in.
Step2:Blanch the next fresh squid ring for about 30 seconds and quickly remove it (the squid can be cut slightly).

Step12:Until the rice is soft and rotten. The soup is thick and fragrant.
Step13:Add the flavored squid.
Step14:Keep cooking for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat. Season with salt.
Step15:Sprinkle the onion and mix well.
Step16:Serve in hot pot.
Cooking tips:If you don't have cooked rice in advance, you can fry scallops and Lentinus edodes together when you add clear water. The later procedure is the same. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
