I haven't made dumplings with my family for a long time. I like the atmosphere of making dumplings with my family. It's very warm.
Step1:Wash all materials to be washed. Chop leek, mushroom, corn and carrot until they are granulated.
Step2:Mix the chopped materials well. Add salt, oil and cornflour to mix well again. Marinate for later use.
Step3:Clean the fresh shrimp. Remove the shell and take the meat and cut it off (if you don't know how to remove the shell, you can start to cook the shrimp for flying water treatment and then remove the shell). Marinate it with a little salt for standby.
Step4:Put two pieces of shrimp meat and marinated leek and mushroom stuffing in the middle of the dumpling skin. (don't be too full of stuffing. Otherwise, it's easy to expose the stuffing). Fold the dumpling skin in half circle style. Then seal the edge in overlapping style until the stuffing is not exposed.
Step5:Boil the water. Arrange the dumplings one by one on the steaming grid. Wait for the water to boil. Steam slowly for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cooking tips:My dumpling skin is ready-made. If I rub it with flour, I can buy 500g orange noodles and 50g corn flour to rub together. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
