Step1:Carrot. Wash the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Wash corn kernels and put them into containers for later use.
Step2:Clean the bean sprouts. Prepare a pot and put it into proper water to boil. Turn off the heat and use boiling water to heat the bean sprouts, take them out and cool them. Squeeze the water out by hand and put it into a bowl for later use
Step3:Put the prepared shrimp into an egg and stir with chopsticks. Pour in the appropriate bean powder and stir well
Step4:Heat up the oil in the wok and stir fry the prepared shrimp until it changes color. Stir in corn, cucumber and carrot for a few seconds. Add tomato sauce, Korean hot sauce, water, salt, monosodium glutamate and chicken essence (it is important to ensure that the wok is silky and can't dry the wok water) and cook for a while before the wok starts.
