I have been busy all morning. I made this simple, nutritious and light fried cabbage with agaric at noon.
Step1:Soak the fungus in rice and wash it with water. Tear it into small pieces. Drain off the water. Set aside.
Step2:Take off the yellow leaves of cabbage. Also soak in rice washing water for 15 minutes. Drain the water and cut into 3cm long sections.
Step3:Put the oil in the pot and put it on the fire. Heat oil to 70%. Stir fry onion, ginger and garlic.
Step4:Put in cabbage. Stir fry until it's broken.
Step5:Put in the fungus, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar and stir fry for a few more times. Then you can get out of the pot.
Cooking tips:Cooking with cabbage should not take too long to fry or boil, so as to avoid losing nutrition and making delicious dishes.
