This carp was brought by my father when he came to see me. It was slaughtered when he brought it.
Step1:Materials: 1 carp, proper amount of chopped peppers, several cloves of garlic, several pieces of ginger and one piece of shallot.
Step2:Clean the carp. Cut it sideways. Marinate it with salt and pepper in advance.
Step3:Slice garlic, ginger and scallion with oblique knife for standby.
Step4:Fry the fish in the pan until both sides are golden and then dish out.
Step5:Keep the bottom oil in the pot. Stir fry with onion, ginger, garlic and then put in chopped pepper to continue to stir fry.
Step6:Put in the fried fish. Add soy sauce, sugar, salt and other seasonings to taste.
Step7:Add boiling water and turn the heat to a small one. Cover the pot and burn until more than half of the soup is collected. Then you can put the fish out first.
Step8:The remaining soup in the pot is thinly thickened with water starch and poured over the fish.
