This is the rest of lunch. I don't want to cook. Not much. Just fry a simple meal. I don't like eggs. I have to pick out the eggs slowly every time I put them in fried rice. It's too troublesome. Later, I decided not to let go and add something I like to eat as delicious.
Step1:The rice is ready. Dice cucumber and carrot.
Step2:Dice the small tomatoes and set aside the corn. Cut the scallion and set aside.
Step3:Sit in the pot and heat up. Stir fry the corn for 30 seconds.
Step4:Then stir fry cucumber and carrot for 30 seconds.
Step5:Add in the diced tomatoes and fry for 1 minute.
Step6:Add the rice and stir well.
Step7:Add the right amount of salt. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
Step8:Finally sprinkle with Scallion to finish the product.
