Congee with preserved egg and lean meat is a special food of the Han nationality in Guangdong Province. It is a common congee of the eight major Chinese cuisines. Cantonese are good at making soup. It's no surprise to make all kinds of delicious congee food.
Step1:Peel the eggs. Cut each egg into 8 equal slices and set aside.
Step2:Wash rice and mix with a little oil.
Step3:Wash and shred ginger. Wash and cut chives into scallions. Cut cilantro.
Step4:Wash and drain the lean pork. Marinate with 3 teaspoons of salt for 3 hours until it tastes good. Steam in the steamer for 20 minutes and take out the slices.
