Step1:Mix glutinous rice with a small amount of rice and soak in water for 2 hours. Wash and chop the tender chicken. Rinse the lotus leaf for use.
Step2:Dry scallops and mushrooms are soaked in water. Dice ham, pepper, mushroom and scallion.
Step3:Mix the scallops, mushrooms and ham and steam for 10 minutes. Steam glutinous rice in boiling water for 40 minutes.
Step4:In the hot oil pot, stir fry the chicken until it turns white. Add wine. Stir in the chili, onion and ginger. Add salt, soy sauce, stir fry with a little water until the water is dry. The chicken is cooked.
Step5:Chicken, glutinous rice, scallops, mushrooms, ham and pepper are mixed evenly. They are wrapped in lotus leaves and put into steamer. Steam in boiling water for 20 minutes.
