Step1:The rice is washed clean. The water is added 4 times. I cook porridge in the electric rice cooker. The time of thick porridge is 1 hour.
Step2:Wash the meat. Shred it. Add 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate, half a teaspoon sugar and 1 tablespoon starch. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step3:Shell the preserved egg. Dice. Onion. Cut into scallions. Set aside.
Step4:Prepare another pot. When the water is boiled, put in the cured lean meat. After boiling, start the pot. Wash off the floating end of the meat with warm water. Drain for use. Remember not to cook the meat too long. It will be too old. Forget to take photos at this step. Ha h
Step5:Wait until about 20 minutes. Add lean meat and preserved eggs. Stir for a while. Add 2 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons monosodium glutamate, half a teaspoon sugar, 2ml sesame oil and chopped green onion. Stir and cook for another 20 minutes.
Cooking tips:The cooked porridge is about the amount of 1 bowl for me and 2 bowls for my husband. You can add and reduce the weight of materials according to the number of people. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
