Step1:Cut the tofu into triangles.
Step2:Pour the oil in the hot pot. Heat the oil and put in the cut tofu. Fry until golden brown on both sides and serve.
Step3:Wash the carrots and green peppers and cut them into triangles. Tear the watercress into small pieces. Cut the onions into pieces. Cut the ginger into pieces and set aside.
Step4:Leave the remaining oil in the pot. Stir fry the beancurd for a while, then add the ginger powder and stir.
Step5:Stir in green pepper, carrot slices, black fungus and onion for a while.
Step6:Pour in the fried tofu. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add a little water and cook for about 3 minutes to help taste.
Step7:Hook in the water lake powder.
Step8:Sprinkle with pepper. Collect the juice over high heat and serve.
Cooking tips:To make homemade tofu, you'd better choose old tofu. It's not fragile. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
