I've written several recipes of bread without kneading before. But the taste of the finished product is similar to that of European bread. Today, this small meal bag is almost without kneading. But the finished product is very soft and sweet, and it's very simple to make.
Step1:Mix butter with milk, egg, sugar, salt and yeast. Let stand for 1 minute.
Step2:After standing, add in the flour and mix it with a scraper. As long as there is no dry flour, the dough is very wet. Cover it with a plastic wrap or the lid of the container. Ferment at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step3:After an hour, the dough will be two or three times as large as before. Knead the dough by hand for about 1 min. just squeeze out the excess air. At this time, the dough is still sticky. Cover it again. Ferment at room temperature for another 30 minutes.
Step4:The dough will grow a lot in 30 minutes.
Step5:Squeeze out the extra air inside and knead it into a complete dough. If the dough is sticky, add some dry flour. I add a lot of dry flour again and again. In short, knead some dry flour into the dough to make it a convenient dough.
Step6:Divide the dough into nine equal parts.
Step7:Each dough is round. It is arranged on a square baking tray. I use 18 × 18cm baking tray here.
Step8:Cover and ferment at room temperature for 1 hour. Make sure to brush a thin layer of whole egg liquid on the surface for 1 hour to 1 hour. Bake in a 175 degree preheated oven for 1520 minutes.
Step9:You can brush a layer of melted butter on the surface when it's hot.
