The way to stew fish soup is that I think it's as easy to master as zero cooking, which is simple and full of nutrition.
Step1:One carp. Remove the internal organs. Wash the blood. Make a few cuts on both sides of the fish.
Step2:Appropriate salt. A few drops of cooking wine (not in my family. Replaced with white wine). A few drops of vinegar. A little bit of the bottom taste. At the same time, deodorization.
Step3:Put the fish aside. Prepare some onion, ginger and garlic. Don't overdo ginger. Too much will be hot
Step4:The pot is hot. Rub the bottom of the pot with ginger to prevent fish skin. Put a little oil in the pot. Because I'm not going to start another pot. So I don't put a lot of oil in it. Otherwise, it will be too greasy after adding soup. Oil temperature not too high into the fish. Fry for about a minute, then turn over.
Step5:Fry the onion, ginger and garlic in the oil. Heat the water to the fish. Bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat.
Step6:Cook until the fish soup turns white, then add some salt. I use a large spoon. It's about a flat spoon. It depends on your taste. Finally put in the cilantro and leave the pot.
