Seven days a week. If you're lucky, you have two days off. Most of the time we are busy for work. There is not even time to prepare a proper meal for myself and my family. I want to make a healthy meal with very little time and simple ingredients. So I prepared this lazy recipe to share delicious Kwai Fu dishes. Take good care of your stomach as much as possible.

Step10:The crab mushroom will produce some water. Fry it a little and put in the carrot.
Step11:Stir fry until the juice is almost dried, and then add the fried chicken. Add salt, soy sauce and sugar to taste.
Step12:Finally, add a teaspoon of raw starch and water.

Cooking tips:1. Pour some oil into the pot. Don't use too much. Stir fry the chicken under the pot. The skin of the chicken will give out some oil. It's easy to get oil out. Be careful not to be burned. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
