My room temperature is about 28 ℃. If you have an oven at home, you can adjust the oven temperature to 3538 ℃ and put the dough into the oven for fermentation. If the room temperature is low, the dough fermentation time will be extended for several hours.
Step3:Apply a little powder to the chopping board and knead the dough to its original size.
Step4:Take half of the dough and rub it into strips.
Step5:Cut into about 35 grams of facial preparations.
Step6:The dough is round again.
Step7:Roll out the pancake. The thickness of the pancake is about 1 cm. The dough needs to be put in a warm place for a second fermentation for 20 minutes.
Step8:Put the pancakes in the pan when it's hot. Close the lid.
Step9:After 1 minute, open the lid and turn it over. Continue to close the lid. After 1 minute, open it again. If both sides of the pancake are scorched yellow, keep the fire low. In half a minute, turn both sides once. In about five minutes, the pancakes will ripen completely. Because my pancakes are thin. Both sides of the baked pancakes are very crisp. There will be no unripe flour in them. If you like to eat thick ones, roll out the pancakes and prolong the time of pancakes. As long as you use a small fire and turn the noodles frequently, the cake won't paste.
