My son's favorite fried rice.
Step1:There is a bowl of rice left. There is no steaming.
Step2:Cut the pineapple in half. Take out the pineapple meat with a knife.
Step3:Dice cucumber, carrot and pineapple. Slice ham sausage and yam.
Step4:There is a little more oil in the pot. Heat 70% of the eggs and pour them in. Stir fry them and put them in reserve.
Step5:With the remaining oil, saute the sausage, carrot and yam with a little salt.
Step6:Pour in the leftover rice. Stir fry it with a shovel. The grains are clear.
Step7:Put in diced cucumber and eggs. Add salt, soy sauce and pepper and continue to stir fry.
Step8:Finally, pour in the diced pineapple. Stir fry for a while.
Step9:Take a scoop. It's delicious.
Cooking tips:Well done pineapple is sweet. I bought one that can be eaten by cutting directly. The pineapple in the middle is all black eye free. It's very convenient to eat. It can be eaten by peeling directly. Stir fry over medium low heat. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
