I don't want to cook in the kitchen in summer. I want to make a light and refreshing steamed dish. It's smooth and tender Yuzi tofu. It's served with fresh shrimps. One bite at a time. It's a little fresh and delicious in the hot summer.
Step1:Prepare ingredients. Wash and set aside.
Step2:Cut the carrots into thin slices. Stack them on the plate as shown in the picture.
Step3:Cut the Yuzi tofu into 1cm thick and put it on the carrot slices.
Step4:Put shrimps one by one on Yuzi tofu.
Step5:Steam over high heat for 5 minutes.
Step6:Slice the red pepper. Cut the shallot into scallions.
Step7:Pour out the steamed prawn, Yuzi and tofu soup. Boil the steamed fish, soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar and white pepper. Add the lake powder to thicken the sauce and turn off the heat.
Step8:Pour the sauce evenly on the steamed shrimp and tofu.
Step9:Sprinkle with scallion. Decorate with red pepper and enjoy.
