Step1:Wash the black fish. Remove the internal organs. Set aside.
Step2:Onion, ginger, garlic and coriander are to be used.
Step3:After firing, when the pot is a little hot, pour in some oil. Put in garlic and ginger. Then put in black fish. Fry it a little. Don't flip the fish. Otherwise, the fish will break. (make sure to heat the oil. The skin won't touch the pot.) then turn the fish over. Fry the fish on both sides.
Step4:Add hot water. Over the fish. Add a few drops of vinegar. Heat first. Turn to medium heat and simmer.
Step5:The fish soup gradually turns white. Add salt and white pepper to taste. When the fish is cooked, add onion and coriander. Out of the pot.
