Step1:Wash duck feet. Pour vinegar (white vinegar) into the duck feet (drowned duck feet) on the plate. White vinegar can go fishy. Soak for an hour. Put the snail in clean water. Add salt and pepper seeds to the clear water. Cover with another plate. One hour.
Step2:Soak duck feet for an hour. Rinse them with water and put them on a clean plate for later use. Clean the snails, wipe them with steel wire balls, and knock the snails to the tail for use. Put the duck feet and the snail into the pot in cold water. Rinse the snail and the duck feet after flying.
Step3:Heat the oil from the pot. The oil temperature should be high (see the smoke). Fry the duck feet. Cover them (avoid the oil rushing to yourself). When you see the duck feet foaming, remove them and soak them in cold water for 10 points.
Step4:Leave some oil in the pot. Stir fry the ginger and garlic with a little chili powder. Add some water. Then pour in the nuts and duck feet and stir.
Step5:Put more water in the casserole. Submerge duck feet and snails. Add soybeans, bean sprouts, pickled shoots, salt and sugar (a little). Season with soy sauce. Note. Because I do it alone. I can't take a picture of every step. I can only put the final product. Please forgive me. No more coriander. I like it.
