I've always wanted to promote a more classic dish here. Spanish mackerel pot stickers and miscellaneous fish pot stickers are also more classic. I believe it's one of the necessary dishes for our seaside holiday. If you like, you can try it. -
Step1:Take the Spanish mackerel out of the refrigerator and melt it for a while. (don't melt it, just cut it with a knife. If you melt it and cut it, the fish will be chopped. And it's not easy to make internal organs.) cut it into sections with a knife. Wash the fish's internal organs. In fact, if you use your fingers to gently clean the internal organs, the whole body will come down. Then rinse the blood vigorously.
Step2:Add onion, ginger slices, cooking wine 2 tablespoons, soy sauce 2 tablespoons, anise 2 pieces. Put the back end and shake in a small basin and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step3:In the space of 250g flour for salted fish, add some milk. I didn't weigh it. Please add some soft and hard as needed. Wake up after kneading.
Step4:Pour some oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, use chopsticks to put the fish in the pot and fry for a while.
Step5:When it's done, turn it over for a while.
Step6:Add some scallion, ginger and chilli. Add water (I add a scoop and a half of water at one time) and don't add water in the middle.
Step7:Add water and put in 2 large ingredients, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of raw soy sauce, 1 spoonful of steamed fish sauce and some salt.
Step8:I added 1 scoop of this steamed fish sauce. Add the back cover, cover the pot and boil it.
Step9:When boiling water, knead the noodles and cut them into small dosage forms. When the pot is opened, stretch the small dosage forms and put them into the pot. Put them into the middle fire and cook them slowly until the soup has received as much as you want. The longer the stew time, the better the fish and pot stickers are.
Step10:Just simmer slowly.
Step11:Just put a little coriander on when the juice is almost collected and turn off the fire.
Step12:Out of the pot. Isn't it very attractive.
Cooking tips:When you cut the fish out of the refrigerator, don't wait for it to melt. It's easy to cut and it's not easy to make internal organs. If it's fresh fish, you don't need to marinate it. Cut it and wash it directly. Add oil into the pot and heat it. Then put it in the onion ginger pot and add water into the fish. The rest is the same.
