When I was a child, my mother often made buns for us to eat. My family liked them very much. They liked the taste of my mother's dumplings. Now I'm learning how to make them
Step1:Flour, sugar, yeast, warm water. Pour the sugar into the warm water, stir until it dissolves, and then sprinkle the yeast gently. No need to stir. After about 10 minutes, the yeast turns into yeast. Then pour the yeast water into the flour. Stir while pouring to the dough.
Step2:Knead the dough to a smooth level. Cover with plastic wrap. Let it stand and ferment. It usually takes more than 2 hours. If the weather is cold, it will take longer.
Step3:Cut the stuffing. Prepare it (marinate the meat first).
Step4:Mix all the cut stuffing together. Add some soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar and oil (the stuffing can be made according to your own taste). The stuffing is ready.
Step5:Now the dough is twice the size. Rub it a few more times.
Step6:Cut the dough in half first. Knead the long strip and cut into 8 parts (put the other half in the basin and cover with plastic film). Roll the skin. The bun skin should be thick in the middle and thin in the edge.
Step7:Fill the stuffing into the skin of the bun. Fold it in turn and make it into a bun. Let the wrapped bun stand at room temperature and ferment for about 20 minutes. Pour some cold water into the pot and put the steamed buns on it. Steam them with fire. Steam for another 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. That's all.
Step8:Open the pot. The bun is ready.
Step9:Steamed buns come out of the pot.
Step10:It's delicious.
Cooking tips:Dough fermentation is very important. Put it in a warm place. It also depends on your room temperature. It usually takes more than 2 hours. If it's cold, it takes longer. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
