I still remember when I was in college. I had to order fish flavored shredded pork to cover rice at the snack bar in the back street of the school. Cheap and delicious. So I'm crazy about this dish. I hope you like it.
Step1:Pork tenderloin. Shred. Add salt, wine, starch and pepper. Mix well.
Step2:Agaric (soak in advance), green pepper, carrot, garlic, ginger, shred for use.
Step3:Sugar One point five Spoon. Vinegar 1 spoon. Cooking wine 1 spoon. Soy sauce 2 spoon. Add water and mix well.

Step5:Add carrot shreds, agaric shreds, stir fry and set asid
