I'm a novice. I like the softness and delicacy of Qifeng cake best. I tried the recipe and oven temperature of Qifeng cake three or four times, and finally found the right one for myself. This is the first time to make cake decoration.
Step1:First, prepare the raw materials for Qifeng. Add 60 grams of sugar three times. I've added it once before I want to take photos

Step9:Mix the cake paste evenly and pour it into the 8-inch Qifeng mould on the movable bottom. Shake out the air inside on the table (fall naturally at 1020cm height
Step10:I used the Changdi crwf32pdt oven. At the bottom layer, I put the baking pan. At the bottom layer, I put the baking net. The mould for holding the cake paste on the baking net. (this is to reduce the cracks on the surface of the cake) I fired 135 degrees up and down for 80 minutes. In this case, there will be a lot of cracks on the Qi wind surface of my oven at 150 ℃ and 170 ℃. For the sake of beauty, I can only reduce the temperature and prolong the time.
Step11:Shake it several times after baking. Shake out the hot air. Turn it upside down and let it cool.
Step12:It's bottom up. I demoulded it by hand. It's smooth. Waiting time for cooling and stripping can prepare fruit and mounting cream.
Step13:As a decorative fruit, pineapple is soaked in salt water. Rinse with water. Dice. Sprinkle a little sugar to prevent pineapple from becoming sour. It tastes really good.
Step14:Whisk 400g cream and 40g sugar until they are textured.
Step15:Divide Qifeng cake into three layers. If I don't have the tools to divide it, I won't post the picture. The top layer of Qifeng cake is facing down. First evenly spread a layer of beaten cream, and then put on the cut pineapple.
Step16:Then apply another layer of cream to cover the fruit tightly. Pay attention to the edge must be supported by fruit. Otherwise, the edge will collapse.
